Gourmet Stuffed Mushrooms

1) The first thing that you should do in order to create gourmet stuffed mushrooms is purchase large, healthy gourmet mushrooms. It is best to purchase gourmet mushrooms that are organically grown. 2) The next thing that should be done is that the stalks of the mushrooms that you purchase should be cut off. They should them be cut into fine morsels. The tops of the gourmet mushrooms should be kept to the side. 3) A sauté should be created. The sauté should include the following ingredients: - A large onion that is minced - Garlic that is minced - A teaspoon of fennel seed - A teaspoon of oregano - A tablespoon of chili powder - A pinch of salt and pepper - A cup of bread crumbs - A dash of wine 4) Once the sauté is created, the gourmet mushroom stems should be added to the mixture and sautéed. 5) Once the stems are sautéed, you should then dip the caps of the mushroom into the batter. 6) Once this is done, the batter from the sauté should be added to the cap of the gourmet mushroom to create the gourmet stuffed mushroom. 7) Once the gourmet stuffed mushrooms are done, you should align them on a dish and decorate as you wish. It is important to understand that the appearance of the gourmet stuffed mushrooms is just as important as the actual taste. 8) If the gourmet stuffed mushrooms will not be served immediately, it is important to refrigerate them so that they can stay fresh. 9) Once the gourmet stuffed mushrooms are ready to be served, you should simply put them in the microwave on a low setting and heat them up slightly.
